An agent from this Dexters branch offered me to view two properties then completely ghosted me. She did not reply to any of my emails for days. Very poor responsiveness (it takes days to receive simple answers). The agent did not make an effort to meet me at the flat for the handover (had to collect keys at their office). No handover protocol was drafted. The place was in poor condition against what was stated in the contract. I had to arrange literally everything myself to put the flat into the state agreed in the contract and 3 months later am still fighting for my money. Have dealt with many real estate agents but have never experienced anything as poor as this.
