I cannot rate this company highly enough. I explained I had an important exam to get to on a strike day and Michael could not have been more helpful and reassuring for getting me there in time. He was prompt, polite and so positive. I will never use another taxi company in Richmond. Eco Cars are the best! Thanks again for making a stressful day easy.
Mike was our driver and he was brillington at picking up my son and his family. They were 3 hours delayed and did not get in until the early hours of the morning but it was not a problem. Mike even provided 2 children car seats. The cost of the taxi was exceptionally cheap compared to other companies, at least half the price. You can not contact by phone but via messages and they are answered very quickly. Mike kept me updated when he had picked them up and when he was 5 mins away. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I use Eco Cars often, mostly for Airport drop offs and pick ups. If they do not answer a phone BOOK ONLINE! its easy!I would recommend this firm to anyone in the area. I have always found the drivers to be punctual, polite and friendly. The website is easy to use for booking and prices are reasonable. Overall a very good service.
This is a great company to use! Price including waiting time, parking and they pick you up from terminal by arrival hall and, they waiting for you with your name on the board. Very professional! They always arrived on time and did not leave me waiting and there customer service is great, especially Michael is very friendly and are always reliable. The prices are amazing too, definitely recommend it everyone!
