Absolute 5* service from start to finish with Plaza Removals. They came recommended from a family member but I decided to shop around for a few quotes, Plaza was by FAR the most reasonable and responsive. The guys who did our packing were careful and considerate of all of our belongings. At the last minute we needed to add quite a few items to be moved to a separate address meaning another drop off - Mo sorted it out for us straight away and made us feel as though nothing was too much trouble. The help at our new property was invaluable all the boxes placed in the correct rooms, our beds, sofa, table and draws all reassembled perfectly. Moving home is incredibly stressful but everyone Plaza made it stress free for us. If you’re moving home I thoroughly recommend this company!!
Incredible service from start to finish with Plaza removals. First time using a company when moving so was apprehensive but Mo came round to give a quote and put us at ease instantly. Michelle in the office is super helpful, nothing is too much trouble and the team of movers on the day worked extremely hard and remained polite and careful throughout the day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
I couldn’t recommend this company more - everyone at Plaza Removals has been lovely. The collection and transportation of belongings went smoothly from start to finish and I’m really grateful for their thorough and reliable service. The gentleman who came were right on time, in smart Plaza Removals Ltd uniforms and asked me to check through the delivery address and the number of boxes etc before setting-off. I was then contacted when they arrived to confirm all had arrived safely. They made everything so straightforward- thank you very much.
Incredible service. This is the first time I’ve used a professional removal company and was initially apprehensive but Mo and his team put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable with the entire process. From our first consultation, to the delivery of our sofa through a tiny door, they were such a friendly service and I would highly recommend.
Amazing service by the team, arrived promptly, got everything packed quickly and took great care to ensure everything was packed neatly and securely. I went ahead to the new property and they met me there shortly after. Even quicker getting stuff into the new place and they were very happy to put everything where I wanted it, even shifting some things where I had said incorrectly. The team on the days were very friendly and chatty, great to have a personable experience.
