Steer clear of this company. Absolutely shocking. They tried to provide a carer for my Mum, who has dementia. They could only find one candidate, but I needed one urgently and trusted them to have vetted the carer. I paid them several thousand pounds for the service. When the carer failed to turn up, I scrabbled around desperately to find someone else - with another agency, as Guardian Carers had acknowledged that they hadn't been able to find anyone else. They refused to refund me, but instead offered to replace the carer free of charge - despite the fact that they'd already acknowledged that they couldn't find another carer, the one they'd found hadn't actually been a carer for the elderly, and they knew I'd already found one myself. They left me high and dry but didn't really care as they'd already netted their finders' fee. Save yourself the money and stress and go with another agency.
