These are the biggest bunch of cowboys Ihave ever used. They had promised 2 operatives to help load the lorry. The driver turned up alone, and refused to take the rubbidh. This was on a main street in Cental London and we had to move all the rubbish back into the property. They would then not answer the phone. Avoid at all costs.
I have employeed the services of Imperial Waste on a number of occasions and the quality of their service has been nothing short of excellent. They provide great rates and provide great customer services when contacting them over the past few weeks or so. Would definitely use again in the near future as they are so efficient and made my life so much easier!
