They didn't pick up all the rubbish as apparently they don't pick up pallets that our tiles came on. They have also left broken bits of tiles so it's not any junk and they don't clear up Richard Evans this is second pick up and they are too interested in taking before pics but never afters. This company and the partner companies that they use are completely fraudulent. We paid for 14 yards worth of rubble removal in volume. The person who came, called Jack, said that he had another job and he couldn't fill the van up. So he came with a half full van and filled it up with maybe 7 bags, a couple of bits of wood and some empty cardboard boxes and left.I recognise that all of my rubbish from before the collection may have exceeded 14 yards but I was expecting far far more of my rubbish to be removed than was the case. Secondly, they can't have exceeded the 1400kg limit that is placed on my collection. Their note says 500kg only was taken which is clearly far less than the 1400kg that I was entitled to have collected as a minimum. In any case even that is incorrect. Even 500kg was definitely not taken Jack, the guy who was there said to me clearly that he did not weigh how much he had added on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I contacted them on Thursday morning and they said they would contact me back on the same day regarding my complaint - no response! I want me £300! And I will never use you again.
I was a bit dubious about using Any Junk, but I can't rate highly enough. Simple booking process, decent price. I received a text and email to say they were 7 minutes away with the lorry registration and photo of the driver. They arrived, picked up the fridge and were gone within minutes. I'd have no concerns about using them again!
