We stayed in OYO Abbey Hotel for 4 days during our Christmas holidays. Since we were doing tourist things, this hotel was perfect. Just outside from London centre with transportation on walking distance (metro and buses - especially bus lines 94 and 148 that take you to the centre and back 24h) it was perfect for just having a place to take a bath and sleep. The rooms are small, not very comfortable and not soundproof (it does not mean there is noise, just that you can hear sometimes the neighbors) but the bed was super comfortable, the room was warm and very clean with daily cleaning service. The definition of value for money. We will definitely stay in OYO Abbey Hotel if we come back to London.
I've been there February 21, it was nice experience. Personal was very kind and attentive. I was alone in a Bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom which were clean and everything working properly. The location is ok, good connectivity to the subway, in front a really good shopping mall, but there is no many close places to take food after 10pm you should walk some minutes to find some and it's a little dark and lonely to be walking alone there. It's fair money value. I recommend!
Lovely little place, very clean and comfortable and idea for our shopping trip to Westfield. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star was because a gentleman walked into our room without knocking in the morning 1.5 hours before checkout?! Luckily we were both dressed! He then asked us to bring our key down when checking out?! Night staff especially Adam were lovely and even carried our bags upstairs for us
Well positioned hotel with helpful staff,heated room,cleaning every day. The bathroom is small but with good installations. A minus is the lack of a refrigerator in the room. I will come back with pleasure.
I had a one night stay here, I was looking for a nice spot for a one night stay as I was working next day. The check in was easy and the room was adequate for what I needed. Bright and everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and a good sleep was enjoyed. The toilet may be difficult to access for some as it is at an angle in a narrow area. Shower was perfect but late in the day it took about 5 mins to get hot water. I would still return if it was just me as the room was on for me. The safety deposit box was too small to fit my small laptop. Location was good, only 7 mins from the tube and across the road from the Westgate centre.
