Amazing place in London. I am used to come often in the city and it is so rare to have such a quality hotel with a hard worker and a pleasant team and so helpful. We spent 2 nights and 3 days at the hotel with my 9 YO little sis and it was delightful. The breakfast is so good and the rooms are quiet and very clean! Thank you for this stay !
We booked here because it looked like a decent location with well priced rooms. In reality the location was good, but our room wasn't great. We found it cold with no way to put the heating on. Our bathroom didn't have an extractor fan, window or radiator so it was cold and then very steamy after a shower. Everything was clean, but not crystal clean. The bathroom could have done with another once over in our opinion. Our room also had very weird red stains on the wall at above head height. These looked very unsettling and were not explained at all. The breakfast was probably the best bit with plenty to have a go with and plenty of seating. Staff seemed OK but didn't really interact much with guests. We wouldn't return in future, but if we'd had a slightly better room, we might have done.
Just over £300 for a triple room for 2 nights including continental breakfast on a Fri/Sat. I thought it was very good for the price. A great location, close to multiple stations and restaurants by foot. On a nice, safe residential street. Decor was modern and clean. Reception staff were kind, understanding and helpful. A suggestion to management would be to add a decent shaving mirror as the mirror/lighting in the bathroom could be better. Look forward to returning.
Hotel interior is very tired eg carpets and walls definitely need upgrading and painting. Rooms very small, beds move about. If you have mobility issues make sure you ask for ground floor as there are no lifts. Shower very good, most of the staff are pleasant. However breakfast was good. I wouldn't stay here again to be honest ????
