The service provided by Indesign was clear, honest and very professional throughout. I felt they had a very clear understanding of the style i was trying to create in my bathroom. They produced fantastic designs to reflect this. The fitter assigned to the job always turned up on time and was very diligent with his work, which I was particularly pleased with. Ali also made sure to check in with me to see if i was happy with the progress made at every stage. Overall very pleased and would recommend to others.
We are so pleased with our lovely new kitchen! Our flat was pretty tricky to work in as we had other work going on. Ali and Ben were friendly and approachable and really took their time with me. They did a great job at minimising disruption during the fitting. The entire team at Indesign definitely deserve a recommendation.
The team from Indesign carried out plastering and painting work in our property. They were highly professional and talented. The work was completed to a very high standard of finish. Would certainly use Indesign again for similar or bigger jobs.
We used Indesign to internally insulate our bedroom, installing thermo-boards, additional plug sockets, replace the radiator and paint the room. The team was very professional, starting with advising about best solution, communication and delivery. The carpet and larger furnitures were covered and well looked after. On completion everything was tidied and the windows were cleaned. We were able to leave the keys with the team while we were away. They also followed up upon our arrival home to make sure we were happy with everything. We were very pleased with the finish. We would definitely recommend Indesign and we would use them again.
