We are completely over the moon about our new cupboards from Multilines. They were super professional in their guidance about what we should get. They worked with us to get the right solution for the space and produced a stunning result. The installation team came when they said they were, were polite and professional and most importantly even cleaned up when they were done. Multilines - has a great showroom, but it was their expert guidance that we really valued most. Thanks for doing such a great job.
We had bedroom furniture fitted from multilines about 10 years ago. This was for 3 bedrooms. Was very pleased with the result and No problems the first few years, but then we had issues where the doors were delaminating. We called them out and some of the faulty doors were replaced. But some time after this started happening again in every bedroom. It's just got progressively worst over time. They look terrible with bits hanging off. Did not expect this at all, expected these to last us so much longer considering how much we paid. Very disappointed.
What an outstanding service!!! When we started looking for a company to build our dream closet we initially came across a few businesses whose main focus was converting customers into sales. And then we came across Multilines who were instead motivated by understanding and meeting our needs first! From day one Binita and Davinder provided a level of care and attention which is rare to find. We approached them with initial rough designs and ideas which they took onboard and helped refine with an awesome attention to detail. Can’t thank them enough for the incredible patience they had to go over several design iterations to ensure it was perfect, even before we paid a deposit!! All in such a timely manner too, with them being super responsive the whole time. Worth mentioning this outstanding service was provided during a pandemic and a 4-month-long lockdown. The team came together and joined as many Zoom calls as needed to review all the details. Shout out to the installation team who were as amazing and worked hard to install our bespoke 6-meter-long wardrobe in less than 2 days to such incredible perfection. I’m a details-oriented person and very rarely I rate a service this perfect start to finish! I am and will continue to recommend Multilines to friends and neighbours! Still can’t believe how perfect our closet looks! Thank you very much!

Multilines recently installed some units for my bedroom. I would recommend them unreservedly. Good communication, everything arrived on time and was installed as expected. First class job by the 3 guys who came to install the units. Great workmanship, all clean and tidy on finishing. Really smart looking units, I’m very pleased with the whole job
