Her advice and her experience and patience has been excellent throughout our design and installation of kitchen and utility. Nilgun has always been available and very helpful. We have a stunning and practical kitchen, which has got many ‘wow’ comments from friends and family. We are grateful to Nilgun for her high level of professionalism.
Nilgun had the unenviable task of repurposing my existing kitchen to a new space in the flat with additions. I am now the proud owner of open plan living. Nilgun was so helpful in the planning and design, making sure that my builders had all the information to install the new kitchen, she was responsive, thoughtful and great at making suggestions that I would not have thought of. Recently used Modus in Kensal Green to replace my kitchen and am delighted with the result. Nilgun has been extremely helpful throughout and provided some excellent advice on the design. She also was able to suggest high quality suppliers of flooring and the installation staff she recommended (lead by Dinesh) fitted it smoothly and to a high standard. Highly recommended, the space has been transformed.
Nilgun is an excellent kitchen designer. From the beginning she was always open, honest and very knowledgeable. She pays a huge amount of attention to every detail. Her background in architecture makes such a difference and sets her apart from other kitchen designers. She made sure that we got the best out of our space making sure it was functional but also a very attractive looking kitchen. She was efficient and replied promptly to any queries. She had a good relationship with our builder too which was so helpful when she was on site. A fantastic job, we highly recommend her.
Nilgun at Modus designed and arranged to fit the new kitchen and utility room for our extension. Despite unclear drawings from our own architect, she worked tirelessly with us to refine the layout and ordered all our goods to fit our budget. Went over and above expectations to give style advice for all of the ground floor, including flooring, wall colours and lighting. Would always come back as I know the quality of the product and the service could not be matched for our budget. Would highly recommend.
