Absolutely in love with our kitchen. Bob gave us so many ideas and options and in the end everything is perfect. There were a few hiccups along the way but they were resolved quickly and without compromising anything. Originally we were going to go with a well known kitchen company but decided to checkout Ray Munn. With the box store we had to make so many compromises and weren't going to get what we really wanted. We thought a custom kitchen store would be so expensive but in the end was less expensive than the box store and we got everything we wanted and more. Our kitchen had a bit difficult layout and we were able to get custom cabinets to fit our niche areas. We did opt to buy our own appliances but in hindsight we should have purchased through Ray Munn.
I chose Ray Munn Kitchens because of Bob Malsten the designer and my main contact throughout the whole kitchen renovation project. Bob was excellent. Trustworthy, patient, and imaginative with my many requests to help fulfil my requirements. He was always responsive and honest which I appreciated. The end result was a great kitchen that I love spending time in. Bob genuinely cares about his clients and I would highly recommend choosing Ray Munn Kitchens as a result. From my first visit to the showroom through to a review post completion of my kitchen project the customer experience with RM has been absolutely excellent They were patient and creative during the design process, delivered the project as promised and very focused on making sure every aspect of the finished product was exactly right . The attention to detail and desire to make sure we were entirely satisfied was much appreciated I have no hesitation in recommending them and indeed have already done so to several friends .
We bought a kitchen from Ray Munn Kitchens a few years ago, still delighted with the service and quality. Bob did a great job, I liked his "no-nonsense" approach, he made tons of great design suggestions - which we only understood and appreciated later. Jason has been exceptional at after care. Our whole experience with Ray Munn Kitchens was exceptional from start to finish. The design advice we received was so helpful, the communication throughout kept us well informed at every step of the way and everyone we had contact with was so lovely. The liaison with our builders facilitated a very smooth fitting and took away any potential stress. The kitchen fitter was extremely conscientious and the worktop fitters likewise. We are delighted with the end result!
