The service and quality of products I received from Arch KBB was fantastic. We needed a new bathroom for our loft. Zara was great at offering her knowledge and experience in the type of products and design we could go for. I am so pleased with the final product, I love my bathroom and have received so many comments from friends and family. We were thrilled with the team at Arch KBB. Craig and Thomas were excellent throughout our kitchen planning and installing journey. They weren't pushy and were very accommodating. As for the kitchen itself; we couldn't be happier. The quality is fantastic and it looks better than we could have envisaged! Highly recommend.
An excellent independent kitchen store in Hammersmith. From the first moment me and my partner entered their showroom, Craig and Munty made us feel very welcome. They listened to our ideas, and they guided and advised us on what we could achieve; the kitchen design process was very collaborative. Once we decided on the final design, Craig & Thomas kept us fully informed with the progress of the building of the furniture. They were always there to answer all of our questions before the kitchen was ready for installation. The team who installed the kitchen units were very professional and complemented us with the choice and colour of the units! A thumbs up to the guys who installed the worktop too. The installed kitchen is everything we were dreaming of, the design and quality is top notch. We definitely feel that we've invested in a high end kitchen that will give us many years of pleasure. If you are looking for a new kitchen, you could do worse than popping into this store and having a chat with the team.
A few years ago I did my kitchen with ArchKBB and now I did my bathroom, and I am very happy with the results on both. I highly recommend ArchKBB, they have a good selection of materials and appliances but also the 3D designs are very accurate to what it looks after construction. The balance between price and quality is good. Crystal helped with the design and our contractor Bawan was super polite and worked well with us to get everything exactly as we wanted.
We had our bathroom renovated with Arch KBB and it was a bliss working with Crystal, Zara, and their approved installer Bawan. From design to fitting, the service was great. As first time owners, the team made us feel comfortable and worked with our our style and budget to advise on the best design. Communication throughout the process was wonderful and we're very happy with the end result. We will defintely use their services again in the future and I highly recommend them!
